Flagpoles Etc. is a family-owned company with a passion for our country and it’s people. It is our focus to give every client that old-fashioned service that has been lost to time. Our family has been crafting, installing, climbing and repairing flagpoles and the like for over 30 years. Our extensive experience as a licensed builder, steeplejack and metal fabricator allows us to protect you as we would our own family, from unwise choices and any unnecessary expenses that would detract from the pleasure of obtaining and maintaining your flagpole or structure.

History

Founded as R&R Flagpole by Robert Ray in Southgate, Michigan. Robert started as a metal welder and fabricator at his family-owned metal shop. After fabricating a 120ft steel pole for the Clevenland Indians, Robert found his calling and started building and climbing flagpoles around the country.
1992
1998
R&R continued to grow and expand into commercial contracting and flagpoles
with the new CEO and wife, Cheryl Ray.
R&R expanded to 8 employees and had its first record year
of over 300 poles sold.
2000
2020
After decades of product deveopment and industry experience, R&R merges with Flagpoles Etc, bringing commercial manufacturing, installation, and repair experience to the residential market.
Flagpoles Etc continues to be a leader in the flagpole industry, and over 30 employees and growing, we continue to bring quality products and services to commercial and residential customers across the country.
